  台灣近年的儲蓄毛額總在4兆元左右，透過銀行轉借給政府及企業投資，4兆儲蓄用掉3兆，還剩1兆元，
  這1兆元學理上稱為超額儲蓄，用最淺顯的話說就是閒錢。
  
  每年台灣的閒錢增加1兆，近5年累積已有5.5兆元，這是一筆龐大的資金，這些錢沒有用於實際的消費、
  投資活動，表面看起來是閒置的錢，事實上，這些錢一點也不閒。這些閒錢至終轉向房市炒高房價、流向
  股市炒熱股價，為泡沫經濟提供源源不絕的動能。
