• BLAST 與 mpiBLAST 的網頁介面
• 設定方法 - ​http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/staff/tao/URLAPI/wwwblast/

• 至 ​http://bio2.classcloud.org 註冊帳號
• 例如取得帳號為 bio016
• 從網頁登入系統，執行 mkdir public_html

  bio016@bio037:~$ mkdir public_html
  

• 如此，就可以擁有屬於自己的網址 ​http://bio2.classcloud.org/~bio016
• 下載 wwwBLAST 並解開到 public_html 內

  bio016@bio037:~$ cd public_html
  bio016@bio037:~/public_html$ wget ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/blast/executables/LATEST/wwwblast-2.2.22-ia32-linux.tar.gz
  bio016@bio037:~/public_html$ tar zxpvf wwwblast-2.2.22-ia32-linux.tar.gz
  

• 觀看 ​http://bio2.classcloud.org/~bio016/blast 就會看到 wwwBLAST 的畫面
