安裝完系統，重開機，螢幕無法顯示Out of Range

• 由光碟片使用救援模式進入 Shell
• 修改 grub 設定：

  sudo vi /etc/default/grub 
  

• uncomment 以下設定：

  GRUB_GFXMODE=640x480
  

• 更新 grub：

  sudo update-grub
