每年台灣的閒錢增加1兆，近5年累積已有5.5兆元，這是一筆龐大的資金，這些錢沒有用於實際的消費、
投資活動，表面看起來是閒置的錢，事實上，這些錢一點也不閒。這些閒錢至終轉向房市炒高房價、流向
股市炒熱股價，為泡沫經濟提供源源不絕的動能。
