1. 魚頭：就是計畫預期達成之總目的
2. 魚脊椎：
  A.子題間有時序之間關係，即要看子題進行的關係與先後順序
  B.子題間整合時，會產生總計畫的縱校（即里程碑）：如子題三與四彙整時-->總計畫里程碑一,加上子題二-->里程碑二-->再加子題一-->里程碑三
3. 魚刺：將各計畫主要要發展的技術（或可用里程碑），依據順序由外向內寫。
