Using Mosix to run Osaka code ¶

1.Mosix Installation ¶

$ sudo aptitude install build-essential libncurses5-dev
$ cd mosix-2.24.2.2
$ sudo ./mosix.install

2.Test Process Migration ¶

• Our cluster has two nodes(mosix & mosix01)
• Test auto process migration

  $ mosrun -b testload &
  $ mosrun -b testload &
  $ mosrun -b testload &
  $ mosrun -b testload &
  

  • Check Process status
    • mosix

      $ mosps -h
        PID WHERE               FROM CLASS FRZ TTY      CMD
